Vineyard & Vinification: Rösselberg: One of the highest hills in Poysdorf, facing south-west and a very high loam content in the sandy soil are the best conditions for an elegant, fruity Riesling. By cutting the grapes in halves instead of doing a green harvest, our vines are optimally provided with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel tanks and give it at least 12 months time to mature on the yeast.
Pairing: Thai citchen, vol-au-vent from goose liver, grilled duck or smoked salmon are just a few possibilities to enjoy this creamy Riesling well.
