Extra-sweet fruit on the palate, too caramel, powerful texture, delicately creamy and full-bodied, earthy spiciness, typical of a powerful Loess Veltliner, well balanced and long reverberant. Should be at least half, but better one ripen on the bottle all year to develop completely.
Pairing : Goes well with anything you usually drink red wine if you want to stay white, definitely to mushroom dishes or lamb.
