White - Italy

Awards Decanter World Wine Awards, 2017: Bronze

Bright light golden colour with a green hue. Very pure and aromatic nose, clearly Sauvignon with ripe yellow fruit, citrus, lime, herbs and grassy notes. Nice palate with rather broad texture, ripe fruit with a fresh herbal spiciness, good grip and acidity with a long and rounded finish, nicely balanced.

The steep slopes on Renon, near Bolzano, are optimum sites to create an outstanding Sauvignon with astonishing mineral notes, unique fruitiness, fine elegance, exceptional balance and great ageing potential.
