Bright yellow-green, silver reflections. Mineral white peach notes, a touch of tropical fruit, lime zests. Taut, elegant, fine fruit sweetness, pleasant acidity counter, harmonious, already good drinkable.
Vinification: With the Haasel Riesling, the aim is to process the fully ripe grapes in the cellar as gently as possible and to bring them into the bottle unadulterated. The soil in the Ried Haasel is a calcareous, glistening loess, in places traversed by sandy layers and rock fragments. The wine is fermented in a steel tank and filled in the bottle after about a year after harvest and constant yeast contact.
